The cooler it gets the more I want to cook at home. I crave delicious meals, with more textures and flavors, simply because it’s colder, and the house needs warmth. Plus, when it’s cooler it’s not a nightmare to stay in the kitchen when it warms up.
So let’s celebrate the cooler weather by making our meals fancier for our family!
This week’s Shabbat menu features a delicious rack of lamb, served with some braised cabbage and fried baby potatoes. For dessert, I picked the perfect fall end to a great meal: poached pears in white wine.
