Shabbat Menu: Schnitzel and Chocolate Cigars

Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs potatoes, quartered lengthwise

salt

pepper

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup dill for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Scatter potatoes in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 25 minutes.

4. Flip potatoes. Bake for another 25 minutes. Garnish with dill. Serve immediately! Enjoy!
