This week’s Shabbat menu features a pear and blue cheese salad, salmon baked in puff pastry, potato and onion gratin, and a lemon tart for dessert.

This week is packed with delicious puff pastry. Since next week is Passover, I like to overdo it on all the things that we will be dreaming of in the following week. Wishing you and your families a wonderful and delicious Shabbat shalom!
