This week’s Shabbat menu features tomato bruschetta, spaghetti and meatballs and an amazing chocolate fondue.
The spaghetti and meatballs is what home cooking is all about. I like to cook the meatballs for at least 1 1/2 hours before serving. The longer the meatballs cook in the homemade sauce the better they taste. After such a filling main course, all you want is a light dessert. Since the weather is warmer and more fruit is in season, a chocolate fondue is best!
Wishing you and your families a delicious Shabbat Shalom!
