Shabbat Menu: Lime Chicken and Mango Sorbet

Mango Sorbet

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs mango, frozen is fine

1/2 cup peach preserves (or any fruit flavor you like)

1/4 cup water

1 cup berries (garnish)

mint (garnish)

 Instructions:

1. Using a processor or a blender, combine all of the ingredients together. Blend until evenly incorporated and liquified.

2. Transfer the blended mixture into an airtight, freezer proof container and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

3. Serve any way you please. I like to garnish with a mint leaf and/or some berries of your choice. Enjoy!
