Honey Roasted Chicken
1/3 cup honey
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 sprigs fresh thyme
coarse salt and ground pepper
1, 3-4 lb roaster chicken
1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. In a small bowl, mix honey, vinegar, thyme, salt, and pepper.
2. Place chicken on prepared pan; brush with honey glaze to coat. Roast, brushing twice with glaze, until chicken is deep brown on the outside, 50-60 minutes.
3. When the chicken is ready, rest it for 5 minutes before carving. Serve!
