In the fall I love to make mushroom dishes. For me, they have a woodsy, homey feel. After all, what’s better than a home cooked meal on a cool fall night, especially with your family?
This week’s menu features chicken liver pate, chicken and mushrooms, sautéed garlic spinach and the easiest dessert that your kids will love to help you make, chocolate covered bananas. The best part is that they can top the bananas with whatever they like!
