This week’s Shabbat menu features a crudités with hummus, chicken in coconut curry served with rice, arugula and orange salad, and an orange olive oil cake for dessert.
The colder months are a great time to celebrate and enjoy citrus fruits. I tried to do just that with the salad and the dessert. Wishing everyone a delicious Shabbat!
