Shabbat Menu: Chicken Piccata and Berry Sorbet

Berry Sorbet

Ingredients:

1 lb fresh strawberries, hauled

1 cup fresh raspberries

½ cup berry preserves

¼ cup of water

1 lemon, juiced

mint, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Blend the berries together. Add the preserves, lemon juice and water into the berry mixture and blend until incorporated.

2. Pour into a freezer proof container and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

3. Serve! Be fancy and garnish with some mint.
