Shabbat Menu: Chicken Piccata and Berry Sorbet

Fresh Green Salad

Ingredients:

1 lb baby spinach mix

1 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup roasted walnuts

1/4 cup olive oil

1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions:

1. In a large salad bowl, combine spinach, cranberries and walnuts.

2. In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar until well blended.

3. Pour dressing over the greens right before serving and toss.
