Watermelon Salad

Ingredients:

4 lbs watermelon, cut into 1 inch cubes

1 lemon, zested

mint  for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a bowl combine the watermelon cubes with the lemon zest. Toss, garnish with fresh mint. Serve.
