This is a recipe for salmon teriyaki with scallions. I can’t even call this a recipe because it literally comes together in a few minutes. This is a great dish to make/serve during the weekdays when you don’t want to cook. You just place the fish in the oven and 10 minutes later your dinner is ready.
You can serve it with some mashed potatoes or rice. My daughter loves the salmon prepared this way, so it’s definitely kid friendly. Delicious, healthy and super fast–this is one dish you’ll be making over and over again. Enjoy!
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 1/2 lbs salmon fillet
2 tbsp teriyaki glaze
2 bunches scallions, cleaned and cut in half
Now, let’s get started!
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In an ovenproof skillet or baking dish, drizzle some oil and place the fillet in the pan.
2. Place the scallions around the fish.
3. Season lightly with salt and pepper
4. Drizzle the glaze over the fish and bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove and serve! Enjoy!
