This is a recipe for twice fried french fries. For those of you that have never made homemade french fries, this recipe is for you. They are beyond amazing, and with very little effort worth all of the work. Just takes patience, and direction.

These fries are so delicious because they are cooked twice. One, to cook the inside of the potatoes and the second time is to crisp the outside. Isn’t that exactly what makes a fry so amazing? Crunchy ¬†crisp outside, and soft smooth inside texture. Try this genius method and you too will start making the best fries ever! Enjoy!
