This is a recipe for tuna carpaccio. It is raw tuna, dressed with some olive oil and lemon juice. This is a perfect appetizer for any meal. I love this dish because it’s light and flavorful while letting you enjoy all the natural flavors. Good food at its best.

I love to serve this carpaccio on one large platter, it makes for a beautiful presentation which happens to taste amazing as well. Serve with some bread or crostinis. Enjoy!
