Ingredients

  • 1 lb tuna steak, very fresh
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 limes, zested and juiced
  • 3 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 6 scallions
  • 2 long hot peppers
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  • 1. Dice tuna steak into 1/4-inch cubes and set aside in a bowl.
  • 2. Combine olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Pour over the tuna.
  • 3. Finely slice scallions. Deseed and finely mince hot peppers. Dice avocados.
  • 4. Add scallions, hot peppers, avocado, and lime zest to tuna. Gently mix together and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
  • 5. Add sesame seeds and serve with crackers or wonton chips. Enjoy!
