Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa, cooked
  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1 10 oz package fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped radishes
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • olive oil
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1. Mix all of the ingredients together. Dress with olive oil and lemon juice. Toss and serve!
