This is a recipe for roasted cauliflower wit cumin and saffron. I love roasting vegetables. It’s so easy, and the vegetables come out amazing. All the natural sweetness comes out in the roasting process. Plus, it’s so easy to season vegetables with some spices and throw them on a baking sheet until browned.

It’s also healthy! The flavors in this roasted cauliflower work so well together. The cauliflower is sweet and the cumin and saffron make an amazing flavor combination. Delicious. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • few saffron threads
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • 2. Cut cauliflower into florets. Season with cumin, saffron, salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • 3. Roast on baking sheet for 45 minutes or until fork tender. Serve!
