This is a recipe for raspberry tarts. These tarts are easy to put together and so delicious. Simple, fresh and so, so good! It’s a great treat, perfect with tea or coffee.

I often use parve puff pastry and serve these delicious tarts after Shabbat dinner.

I love using raspberries for this recipe, but you can also substitute a berry that’s in season. Before serving I like to sprinkle the tarts with powdered sugar. It looks prettier, and definitely fancier. Enjoy!
