This is a recipe for plum tart. I love to use stone fruit during the warmer months since they are in season. This is a simple dessert to put together and also use seasonal fruit. Fresh and delicious.

I garnish with powdered sugar right before serving. If you are serving a dairy meal, top with ice cream and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 2 cups plums, thinly sliced
  • powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Roll out pastry. Cut each sheet into 4 circles.
  • 2. Place the sliced plums in the center of each pastry circle. Fold pastry about an inch over the fruit. Bake for 20 minutes or until tarts are golden brown.
  • 3. Let cool for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!
