Pan seared salmon is delicious. It’s healthy and nutritious. Salmon is high in protein, omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin D. It’s a super food. We really should be eating more of it.

Pan seared salmon is a great dish to make when you have very little time to fix a nice nutritious dinner. The fillets take less than 20 minutes from start to finish and the result is really impressive. I usually serve with a green vegetables and some potatoes. You have the option of peeling the skin off or leaving it on. I love crunchy skin so we leave it on.
