Miso Glazed Cod

This is a recipe for miso glazed cod. You can substitute with any fish fillet you like best. It’s tender and flavorful. Everything a delicious fillet should be.

Marinade the fillets overnight, and serve with your favorite vegetables. I like to make an Asian night out of it, so I usually serve with either chinese broccoli or bok choy. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cod fillet, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1/2 cup mango juice
  • 3 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp rice cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • 1. In a processor or blender mix all the ingredients together (except the cod). Pour marinade over the fillet and let it marinade overnight.
  • 2. When ready to cook, pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 18-20 minutes. Enjoy!
