This is a recipe for grilled salmon kebabs.

Salmon is extremely rich in omega 3 oils, as well as calcium and iron. I decided I really should be eating salmon more often.

It cooks extremely fast, so your meal can be ready in 10 minutes. I happen to grill year round, not just in the summer, plus kebabs are an amazing addition to your recipe box.

These salmon kebabs are very flavorful and delicious. I could eat them every night! Plus, it’s healthy! Hope you enjoy them as much as my family did!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs salmon filets
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • 1. Remove skin from salmon and cut into 1 1/2 to 2 inch cubes.
  • 2. Mix cumin, paprika, red pepper flakes and parsley in a large bag. Add lemon juice, soy sauce and olive oil and mix well.
  • 3. Place salmon cubes into bag and shake to coat each cube with the marinade. Seal bag, and let marinate in the fridge for 1-3 hours.
  • 4. Heat grill to medium and skewer marinated salmon cubes.
  • 5. Grill 3 minutes on each side and serve warm!
