This is a recipe for fresh fruit popsicles. These popsicles are so easy to put together that I’m sure you will be making them over and over again. If you have kids this is a great activity for you to do together.

This recipe is a great way to know exactly what goes into your snacks, and there is no guilt about eating one or two popsicles. You can make this recipe with any of your favorite fruits. Enjoy fresh fruit, frozen.

Ingredients

  • 1 peach, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 3 oz blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1 1/2-2 cups 100 percent white-grape juice

Instructions

  • 1. Arrange the fruit in eight 3-oz popsicle molds, making sure pieces fit very snugly.
  • 2. Add enough juice into each mold to just cover fruit.
  • 3. Insert ice-pop sticks and freeze until solid, 6 hours. Popsicles are good for up to 2 weeks.
