Ingredients

  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil

Instructions

  • 1. Bring the burrata cheese to room temperature. Gently tear it apart and spread on a plate.
  • 2. Cut tomatoes in half and place into a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper, and mix to create tomato juice dressing.
  • 3. Slice basil into very thin strips.
  • 4. Drizzle olive oil over the cheese, top with tomatoes and basil and serve! Enjoy!
