Ingredients

  • 4 lbs beef spare ribs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Hungarian paprika
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 10 oz ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • A few shakes of Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • 1. Season the ribs generously with salt, pepper and the brown sugar. Let them marinate for about 3 hrs or overnight.
  • 2. When ready to go, fire up your grill. Place the ribs on the grill, making sure the heat is indirect (not over the fire) and cook, turning occasionally for 2 1/2 hours.
  • 3. Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients together, creating a BBQ sauce. Remove the ribs from the grill. Slather both sides of the rack with the sauce and cover with foil.
  • 4. Return the ribs back to the grill and cook for another 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes. Remove and serve immediately. Enjoy!
