Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dry prunes, pitted and chopped
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • 1. In a small saucepan, combine prunes and water over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook 3 minutes.
  • 2. Remove from heat and let mixture cool.
  • 3. Blend using a processor or a hand blender. Serve!
