Oatmeal is the best thing you can have for breakfast. It’s filling, plus it’s got calcium, which is great for babies and kids!

I make this for my daughter every morning; it’s easy and¬†ridiculously¬†fast! Instead of adding sugar, I add bananas for sweetness. There’s no reason to add extra sugar into your baby’s meals if you don’t need to.

After the oatmeal is cooked, I blend it, since my baby likes it to be a pureed constancy. Then just add some liquid yogurt or milk on top.
