This is a baby food recipe for fish mashed with potatoes. When my daughter turned one, I started introducing foods that we ate into her diet—not only poultry, but also veggies and meat.

She’s usually a very poor eater, but the more complex the flavors became, the better she ate, just like her mommy! In the summer, I grill the fish, and in the colder months I just poach it in broth.

This recipe is a perfect dish with tons of flavor. Hope your baby enjoys this as much as mine does. Happy eating!
