This is a recipe for homemade applesauce. I like to make all the baby food at home so I know exactly what goes into each bite.

Apples are a great introduction to solid food for babies. The fruit is rich in potassium and vitamin A. Plus, apples are delicious. Who doesn’t like apples?

I also like to add this puree to my baby’s oatmeal or cereal in the morning. Enjoy!
