Ingredients

  • 1 red apple, peeled and diced
  • 1 sweet potato

Instructions

  • 1. Poke a few holes in the sweet potato and wrap it in foil. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes until tender. Cool.
  • 2. Steam or cook diced apple.
  • 3. Scoop the flesh out of the cooled potato and mix with the apple. Puree in a processor or with a hand blender until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a few tbsp of water. Serve!
