This is a baby food recipe for pear, banana and blueberry puree. It’s not only delicious but it is filled with a ton of vitamins. Plus, it’s filling, so it can be a snack or meal for your little one.

  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 pear
  • 1 banana

Instructions

  • 1. Peel the pear, then the banana. Slice both.
  • 2. Put all the sliced fruit and berries into a steamer or small saucepan with some water. Steam for 7-10 minutes.
  • 3. Blend until smooth consistency. Cool. Serve to your little one! Enjoy!
