This is a recipe for apricot tart. It’s a simple puff pastry tart topped with fresh apricots and baked until golden brown. Simple to put together and so delicious and refreshing to eat.

This is my favorite way to entertain. Good, healthy and fresh ingredients make the best dishes.

Ingredients

  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 2 cups apricots, cut into wedges
  • powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Roll out pastry. Cut each sheet into 4 circles.
  • 2. Place the apricot wedges in the center of each pastry circle. Fold over pastry edges to make a border around the fruit. Bake for 20 minutes or until tarts are golden brown.
  • 3. Let cool for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!
