This week we feature a special brunch menu! It’s Pesach, one of my favorite holidays. Most people panic when they hear Passover, and most people freak out because they have no idea what to serve for most of the meals. But, this is the perfect time to be the most creative, and there are plenty of delicious dishes that can be made and are totally kosher for Passover. Here are some of my favorites that can be served all day long not just for breakfast or brunch.
On the menu we have the traditional matzah brei, Israeli salad, sautéed mushrooms with tomatoes topped with a fried egg, and everyone’s favorite matzah brittle for dessert!
