When we have friends over for brunch, I usually make cosmos for the ladies. It’s a great cocktail for any occasion and a brunch is no different. Frittatas are also a great thing to serve when you have company coming over. It’s quick to put together and gives you more time to talk to your guests. It’s a perfect brunch dish that’s satisfying and packed with flavor.
